Week 1 Blog Post
This week I learned about the next generation science standards and how they encourage students to learn about science in a positive way that will help the information to stick long term. My remaining question would be how these new standards would be practical in younger elementary age students. I can apply what I have learned this week by encouraging my students for asking and answering questions instead of telling them they are wrong and discouraging them.
